Glenray Laundry and Glenray Industrial Services are vibrant social enterprises based in Bathurst, right in the heart of NSW’s Central West. Social enterprises are purpose-driven businesses created to deliver real community benefit—proving that business can be a force for good.
Through our operations, we provide meaningful employment for around 50 supported employees living with disability. From pallet manufacturing and grounds maintenance to laundry services, we offer diverse roles where our team members can truly flourish.
The Glenray Laundry
All your hospitality linen needs
The Glenray Laundry is for all of your hospitality linen hire needs. We have more than 35 years’ experience in premium laundering and linen hire. We also provide individuals living with a disability, an opportunity to work, learn new skills and gain meaningful employment through Supported Employment.
We service hospitality businesses, with sheets, towels, bathmats, hand towels and pillowcases, delivering throughout the Central West including Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo, Millthorpe, Forbes, Parkes, Mudgee, and now Cowra!
State of the Art Facility
In February 2019, we built a world-class Commercial Laundry facility in Bathurst with state of the art equipment.
We have laid the foundations for a sustainable and profitable commercial laundry whilst continuing to provide employment opportunities for people living with a disability for many years to come.

Glenray Industrial Services (GIS) offers a diverse range of high-quality industrial solutions across Central West NSW, including pallet manufacturing, grounds maintenance, secure document destruction, and packaging and labeling. Whether you need standard ready-made products or tailored custom solutions, our team delivers reliable service built around quality and community purpose.
Glenray provides people living with disability in Bathurst the opportunity to work and build work related skills successfully. Glenray operates a range of business outlets aimed at providing task and work skills development while providing fulfilling employment for people living with a disability.
Our skilled Glenray staff provide ongoing training, assessment and monitoring to help our supported employees work towards their goals. Skills are valued, encouraged and developed.
